I normally don’t go to the primate house at the zoo. I don’t know why I felt it necessary to say “at the zoo”, it’s not as if there’s a primate house at the bank. Of course, I’ve never been in their boardroom. I usually find the smell of the monkeys off putting, but my niece really wanted to go, and I can’t resist her, so there we were. I was pleased to discover that the exhibit was well ventilated and while it didn’t exactly smell like the fragrance counter at Macy’s, it was a vast improvement over my past experiences. I was also delighted to find out that the main attraction was a seventy monkey musical extravaganza. That sounded promising. It was terrific and now I really want to know who helped a monkey learn to play guitar. The monkey playing the accordion was also pretty terrific, the flute player, not so much.

Of course you shall need a lot of patience since creating beats from a computer could be a little bit harder than you thought. There would be days that would make you feel like giving up since you can’t seem to create a descent beat for any song. But that’s just the beginning, wait till you see the good days.

My mom is so cool. She got me one of the nicest presents that I ever thought. I could not believe that she would do such a thing. My mom got me a 3D TV and it is the LED model. It is sitting in my living room all set up right now as we speak. I had told her a couple of months ago when we were hanging out that I was thinking of getting a nice TV for my living room. I dropped the subject and never mentioned it since.

But she must have really taken note of it because she bought me the 3D TV LED version, and it is going to be enjoyed by my friends and me. So I feel like I am just in a dream right now. I cannot believe I have such an expensive TV in my house. Yeah, I did have some flat screens, but they were nowhere near as good as this 3D TV LED. This TV blows all of my other previous ones right out of the living room!

If I had to choose between my favorite set of cat urns, I would choose either the brass cat urns or the wood cat urns.

Both give me great vibes and both are very different but still nice in a unique way. I originally liked the brass cat urns because of their classy look. They are very classy looking and they give you a good feeling when you know that your cat is there. They are also very normal looking because that’s usually what vases look like when ashes are put in. So it gives you a good feeling. A peaceful feeling.

There are several different ways to classify, or categorize, modern djembe drums. The first is by the material that the drum is made of, whether it is the traditional hard wood, or whether it is from some man-made material such as fiberglass. Within these classifications there are 2 distinct subsets. One is the rope-tuned djembe and the other is the mechanically-tuned, or key-tuned djembe.

Djembe drums must be tuned in order to produce an acceptable and expected drum tone. Djembes should have the initial sound of a drum played by hand, followed by a resonating echo when struck with certain hand-slapping techniques.

The intonation on the djembe is adjusted either with the rope-tuning system, or the mechanical tuning system, depending on the type of drum (traditional rope or key- tuned). While the end result is the same, a proper sounding djembe, the process is completely different. Ropes are used to pull the drum head tighter on the one hand. One the other, the tension on the head is increased, thus raising the pitch, by tightening the metal edge of the drum head with a drum key.
